Farewell Abbie,

Unfortunately, Abbie is leaving us. She has been very busy recently, and has had to stop contributing to a few blogs. We will miss her, but you can catch her at her blogs, lilac daisies, or Abbie's Treasures. Farewell Abbie, and we hope you continue your blogging journey so we can stay in touch. We'll miss you! :)

Christmas and New Year!

So, three days ago it was Christmas, one of my most favourite times of the year. At the start of the month to the 24th I read a book called "The Christmas Mystery" about a boy who buys an advent calendar and discovers a mystery about a little girl that goes missing on Christmas Eve forty years ago. The book is originally Norwegian!
Also, I'd just like to wish you a happy new year!

I am SO SORRY for my lack of posts in the last couple of weeks. I've been really with school this term and with Christmas preparations but I haven't forgotten about us 'Teen Queens'.
Today I am going to review my favorite songs at the moment.

I absolutely LOVE 'Wings' by Little Mix. This song is very catchy and upbeat but the lyrics have a true meaning - our wings are made to fly and don't care what people think. 

'I Knew You Were Trouble' by Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift's latest song 'I Knew You Were Trouble' is very upbeat, catchy, full of life and very different to her previous songs. I can't get this out of my head and I had this feeling to 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'. 

'Try' by P!nk

I love 'Try' by P!nk - it is catchy, upbeat, fun but the lyrics are very powerful and they do have a pure meaning wen it comes to a relationship. 

'Good Time' Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City

I ADORE 'Good Time' by Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City. I LISTEN TO IT ALL THE TIME It has the whole package - catchy, fun, optimistic, upbeat but has a true message - friendship and enjoying ourselves and having a good time.

'Give Me Love' by Ed Sheeran

I literally can't get enough of  'Give Me Love' by Ed Sheeran. The music video is very haunting and different and the lyrics are really and powerful. These lyrics have a huge impact on people.

The A Team

Arighty, I've been very sick the past few days, so I'm sorry for my lack of blogging and talking :( Jumping right in to things, we are all moved into my new house! I have three closets, and when I'm all unpacked, I will have a ton of space. But currently, it's all boxes and containers and bags!

This year, my school is doing report cards online!! YAY!! I got all A's except a B in math! But a B in math is good for me. Tying into these lovely A's, here is my new fav song (besides one d's one thing, sorry ed!)

I LOVE this song - it's catchy and upbeat, and fab for weirdly dancing in my bedroom:)

Oath - Cher Lloyd

 I ADORE this song - I listen to it ALL the time! Its catchy, fun and the lyrics have meaning - about friendship - not the usual about boys and broken hearts!

One More Night - Maroon 5

I don't know what it is about this song, I just LOVE it! It's not the catchiest, but there are some great lines and I think the video is fab!

DNA - Little Mix

I've got to be honest, I wasn't sure about this song when I first heard it - but after listening a few times I realized just how BRILLIANT it is!!

Little Things - One Direction

I love this song, I could just listen to it over and over and over - its not the fastest song, but I don't care! There is so much meaning behind this song - I'm not a big 1D fan, but this song is so different from their others - its just so amazing!

Being Spontaneous and Boots!

Hey:)

It's Ella again, and today I wanted to write about one of my favorite things: Spontaneous shopping!

I love the pre-shopping planning, what to buy, where to go, how much money to take etc, but last week I went shopping without knowing beforehand, and it sounds odd, but it was really fun!

There was no "I HAVE to go there, I brought money especially for that" we just went wherever we wanted, spontaneously!

I ended up buying GORGEOUS boots, and I was thrilled - and it was especially fab was that I didn't plan to get them, so getting home holding beautiful shoes made me SMILE because it was an added bonus!

My names is Abbie and here is some facts about me.

• My name is Abbie and I'm thriteen, fourteen in December. 
• I hate and love school. :) :(
• I've been playing piano for a good number of years and I'm now on grade 4. 
• My hobbies are going to cinema, hanging out with friends, shopping, learning new things, being creative and writing. 
• Other than The Teen Queens I have two other blogs called Abbie Piano and Lilac Daisies. 
• I have a wild imagination. I think of pretty random things. 
• My favourite colours are pink, lilac and purple.
• I hate sports. 
• In April it will be my second birthday on Blogger. We're growing up so fast.

1) I love reading, writing, shopping, daydreaming and watching TV!:)
2) I have short (bobbed!) straight, dark blond hair - I have greeny-blue eyes and am megaly tall (I took over my Mum a few years ago!!)
3) I am a HUGE fan of chocolate, except Mars Bars which I HATE!
4) I hate school:(
5) Me and my French/Ivrit teachers are not friends. I hate them in other words!

Halloween--Hair Ideas!!

Hey everyone! This is Morgan @ The Teen Queens! Ella, me, and a few friends will be writing this blog together as your advisors on fashion, hair, makeup, guys, school, sports, and the trends! This post will be about all things hair for Halloween!

1) Okay, I bet most of you didn't think of this one.
Rockin' 80's chick!
~wear all neon colors
~dance shirt
~and the hair: BIG! curly, crimped, go all out! But don't use too much hair gel or teasing--you'll ruin your hair!

Trick: Never crimp or curl hair that you aren't 100% sure is dry. A girl singed off 5 inches of my hair in the front doing that for a play! I had to go to school the next day!! It was all grayish and crinkled. :(

2) Katniss Everdeen

 ~wear all black. t-shirt, cargo pants, and remember the combat boots!

~if you're lucky, snag a mockingjay pin!

~The hair: her signature braid!
